All Sales Are Final. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns, exchanges or refunds on all jewelleries or accessories.
We go through a strict quality control before shipping out your pieces, however, if you received a faulty item, please contact us immediately (<14days from the date of purchase) at info@eunoia-jewellery.com with your order number. In case of any disputes, we will reserve the right to make the final judgement. Subject to our discretion, we may issue a replacement or store credit at no extra costs.
